Can you esubmit to Pharmcas if they haven't received your recommendations? I sent them my 3 recommendation writers and all 3 have received the email but only 1 has completed the letter and sent it in. Can I esubmit prior to Pharmcas receiving the last 2 letters?

Yes, and PharmCAS will forward the letters once they have received and processed them. I e-submitted long before my references sent their letters into the upload site.😳
