I'd like to know when is the earlier date to send in my Pharm.D. applications ???

Basically as soon as Pharmcas allows you to enter information you can start applying to any of those schools.

I believe it is around the first of May.

Actually PharmCAS opens up in the first few days of June for the application year and then you can submit as soon as you want. If you aren't applying to PharmCAS schools it depends on when the school puts up their app, which is typically in the fall.
