Earliest interview dates?

Trying to re-arrange my fall schedule, figuring out when I can afford to be on a clerkship and when I can't. I know many programs send out invites in October, most people take off nov/dec/jan. If anyone knows when the earliest interview dates were last year for these specific programs, I'd appreciate it:

-UW (Late interviews)
-OHSU
-UCSF
-Stanford
-UCLA
-UCSD/Scripps
-Cedars-Sinai
-Utah
-Colorado
