"We are currently entering transcripts into the application that were received on 06.04.09. Please Note: Submission of the application is now open. Medical schools will begin receiving applications on June 24, 2009."

So I'm guessing we won't get secondaries until AFTER June 24th... so taking that into account, what's the earliest anyone has been complete? Mid-july or so?

I can't wait to be done with applications and these essays!!! ahhhhhhhhhhh!

I think I actually did get a secondary (I want to say from Cincinnati) before primaries were done cookin', but that was an exception.

You'll kinda be at the mercy of how fast schools are at turning out secondaries. Most are pretty quick, but you may find yourself waiting a few weeks for the stragglers to get you access to their forms. So, by mid-July, I bet you can have the majority done, but it might be a few weeks of waiting until early August when you can have them all in.

I wish I had kept a list of schools I was complete at last time I applied. Of course, it'll be different this time around, because the LORs are completely out of my hands now. I used Interfolio last time, and while some schools got them really fast, a lot of schools did not.

I was complete at most of my schools (secondary, LORs, and fee) by the end of July. I even had a couple of interviews (U of South Carolina and AECOM) by the end of July. I think I was complete at my first school in mid-July or so. I wasn't complete at one school until September, but that's because they didn't release the secondary until after school started in August. I still interviewed before they sent out the first acceptance letters.

Well - my plan is to start working on essays from last year and have them ready. So I'll at least have all the work done from my side and will simply have to submit. Applications "in progress" are just always on my mind.

Nice stats (mdapps), btw. Goodluck! 🙂

some schools will send them out before the 24th...yale and columbia i know do that this year....beyond that though idk.
