Early Acceptance?

Does anyone know if any D.O. schools offer an early acceptance program? I feel that I have a solid GPA for any D.O. school really but would definitely want to apply for early acceptance if at all possible. I just finished my sophomore year so I havn't taken the MCAT yet but we will see what that will do.
