early admission at berkeley

Hi,

Does anyone if Berkeley still offers early admission (not junior-year admission) to "outstanding applicants"? They used to have it on their website, but it seems that they took down the information.

Hi:

I believe that program has been phased out and everyone is considered a "regular applicant" now. So, everyone will be interviewed this application cycle, whether it be in-person or on the phone (I'm not sure if they are done with phone interviews yet).
