Early Assurance D.O Programs

I was recently reading about many early assurance M.D programs available (such as the one at Mt. Sinai), but I was wondering if you guys know of any D.O early assurance programs that don't require you to be at a specific undergrad school (I'm in Illinois by the way) ?

I do know that DMU has a program that is not binding and you can apply for your junior year of undergrad but I couldn't find any other ones.

KCOM has one and you dont even have to take the mcat

At the same time, if you do early assurance program, you can ONLY apply to one school. You can't apply to any others, or that's my understanding.,

Western U in California has one with Cal State Fullerton and a couple of other colleges. The CSUF linkage even applies to post baccalaureate students.
