Does anyone know anything about this program? Unfortunately I did not receive the HPSP due to applying late. Since I was denied an HPSP I've been looking into the reserves but I much rather join active duty. I am almost a D3 and just stumbled upon this but can't really find anything about it. Thank you for any info!
