Hi guys. Is there really a difference if I apply August 1st as opposed to like August 20th? Won't both be evaluated together?

If you want to know about the insignificant details of each app evaluation at the schools then you should call them.
I think you are really trying to ask, "will 20 days make a difference if I apply at the beginning of the cycle?" I don't believe it will. Schools most likely won't have any interviews until the last week of August (that would be fast too).

By the way, the application opens on the first Wednesday in August, not necessarily August 1.
