Early Job offers

I read an article a few weeks back that said job offers are being made to future Drs as early as Med School and Residency. Does anybody have any experience with this or know somebody who has?

i dont know about job offers early in residency, but I have heard about fellowship offers while still in med school.

There are many job offers in mid-late residency (3 year residency in EM is what I know of).

It's not uncommon for people to get job offers and sign a contract up to a year before finishing residency.
