So, I am a third year student planning to apply for residency this coming summer. I love the midwest and would be happy to stay here, but because ophtho is so competitive I am willing and able to move anywhere in the US. That being said, my school does not have an ophtho program, so I think away rotations will be important for me. I am considering doing one of my aways at an east coast program, but I am having difficulty when it comes to choosing one. If you are a resident at an east coast program, would you be willing to chat with me? I am trying to figure out which programs might be a good fit and am having a hard time getting advice.
