This is from AAMC 11... (answer is C) this should be so easy but it's blowing my mind for some reason.
If I don't think at all and only consider that N has 5 electrons and O has 6 electrons then the lewis structure makes sense to have 11 electrons.
But... what about the octet rule?The octet is not satisfied and I've never really seen radicals in a Lewis structure like here..Am I just overthinking this and was expecting structures like usual with full octets like normally seen?
