In short Chuka - those books are pirated as Berkeley Review never published ebooks. Therefore - get the textbooks; they are more current and legal to own. Finally, You should disclose to BerkeleyReviewTeach where you obtained those ebooks (in private) to help them get to the source of pirated material.

The Berkeley Review's resources are incredible. I suggest you buy it if you have money. Someone who puts that much effort into helping annoying pre-meds definitely deserves compensation.
