How are you supposed to put in how many hours of club activities you have done? Can we leave it in blank and talk about it in the description section?

Do you mean how do you do it as in how do you make it make sense since it says hours per week, and you may have not really done this activity weekly but rather you did it all in one summer or something?

That's a common problem I believe (unless they changed the way they do it). So i guess that is what you may be talking about.
