I am reviewing my primary application to prep for interviews. I noticed I entered 80 hours for one volunteer activity when, after digging through my old email correspondence with the volunteer coordinator, I only did around 50 hours. Should I notify the schools about this, would this significantly affect my application? Or is it minor enough that I should not draw attention to it?

Any chance you could add 30 more hours by the time you'd matriculate in a year?

This was a program I participated in during my freshman/sophomore years of college (2014-2015). I have since moved away from the area.

I'm not sure if this affects the answer but I wrote about this volunteer experience in my personal statement but I did not list it as one of my 3 most meaningful experiences (scribe, co-founding a student organization, research+pub).
