ECE and WES information

guys,
i would like to apply for ECE to boston , newyork and univ of california losangeles and univ of california sanfransisco
WES for univ of pacific and univ of southern california , univ of michigan and univ of colarado.
plz suggest me is it proper or any changes
i am also thinking of requesting them to send the reports directly now it self ( by them ONLY) to the concerned colleges.
plz respond to me as early as possible
