hi all

i hav doubt while filling the application for ECE..in page 2-i gave the change mailing address as JCNDE.is this correct. THN IN PAGE 3 for the purpose of evaluation which one should we select-further education or professional licensure...further education means what in desired institution?and in pg 4 educational history is from 10th grade thts matriculation rite?(im from india)...

kindly guide me..im planning to send my application 2morow.thanks in advance.

I am not sure if you have posted your application or not, but here it goes:
You need just the general evaluation for the Joint Commission. And yes, that's the way you file in their address (as in the second copy of the evaluation, the first is sent directly to you).

Purpose of evaluation - I wrote in my application further education and pointed some univs (they don't receive the evaluation).

As for educational history you need your high school diploma and your medical school diploma (I am not sure how it is in India, though.).
