ECE Evaluation

Hi,
Need your advice. ADA asked me to resubmit the ECE Report as I have graduated since the last year report when i was a student. I guess it is better to apply for a course by course evaluation instead of a General report as required for NBDE Part 1. An idea what documents should i send to have the best evaluation?

I am from India and have my BDS Degree, Transcripts as well as the Intern Certificate.
