ECE Report to CAAPID???

Hello Everybody

I applied through CAAPID last year for 2009-2010 application cycle and have already sent them the Original ECE Report. Do i need to send the ECE report again for 2010-2011 application cycle ??
If yess, does it need to be Original or notarized copy will work ??
