hi there,I am also planning to take the NBDE soon and I need to gather all the papers around ...

could anyone help me with filling in the ECE Application please?
I wonder what am I supposed to mark at point 3 which asks for purpose of evaluation?
further education or ADA-Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations?
(both? )
and also
-I've learned from the ADA site that the candidate should indicate on the ECE application that a General Report on the evaluation of the educational credentials should be sent directly to the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations, which I really don't understand ,since they specifically ask for a course by course report and not for a general report .Should I ask for both course by course and general report?
omg , I am sooo disoriented by now and I am really sorry if those are stupid questions.
any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

i just sent a general ece evaluation for ada joint commission exam on nationa......
the gpa or course by course u require will applying for coll.
just address it to ada the ece will take care of the rest i mean send it to them (u dont have to worry)

Ada accepts both general evaluation and course by course evaluation. But when u apply to universities, u are supposed to submit a course by course evaluation. So, u would be saving money if u do the course by course evaluation 😉

i m thinking of taking the exams and i m gonna do a course by course evaluation.. but i m not sure if i have to send the syllabus along with my original documents ( certificates ) .. did any 1 here has sent the syllabus ?
