ECFMG issue

So let me see if I get it straight. The ECFMG reporter sent 3 days ago a communication about Step 1 application regarding that they are making some modifications to the application system and that all ONLINE applications have to be received before 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time in the UnitedStates, on February 11, 2008. If later than that, have to apply again.

Now, when they talk about online application, does that include the Form 183? Please I want to make sure! I'm worried.
