I had asked for a letter of rec from a doctor 4-5 weeks ago. They sent it 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up on ERAS. I asked his office to send it again and it still hasn't showed up on ERAS. What can I do?! The programs I applied to are waiting on this letter... 🙁

Has anyone else had a problem like this? What do you think could be the cause of this?

Thousands of Dean's letters being uploaded for November 1.

Doesn't ERAS generally tell you it may be 3-4 weeks before material received during application season is uploaded?

My Dean's letter was mailed Aug 28 and still not there. Another was sent about a week ago. Could be the mail in Poland though who knows.

If possible, use trackable shippers (ie FedEx or simlar) so at least yu know it actually got there.. May not be available in all countries.
