2. Klein Book
3. Questions from America Society of Echo website

I passed it last year
The above are great - but still need to cast a wide net to get all the zebras
Also Feigenbaum DVD for images and Feigenbaum classic MMODE article (can google it)
I read Oh and baby Otto till I knew them by heart as well
There is also a great book by Terry Reynolds on ECHO
