What level? Are you studying for the boards or your CA-2 rotation?

I have seen the new Mathew book above, and it has tons of Q's at the end of each chapter. Def. seems worth it.

This is a good place to start.

If you can't get the link to open, just hit up the A&A website and search for "Shanewise comprehensive echocardiography". This article has the 20 basic views, and is basically the reference for the other sources.

It's a great starting point, and something you can read in a couple nights.
 
Also, A Practical Approach to TEE by Perrino, Reeves may be a better starting point for a rotation; at least the book is thiner.
