Sorry, I really am not sure if there are any non-surgical ECMO fellowships. I believe there used to be one at Children's National Medical Center in DC and you could write Dr. Short there. Why do you want to do an ECMO fellowship? Within neonatology, ECMO use is down due to iNO, new vent strategies, etc and many of the centers are managed by surgeons or non-neonatologists anyway. I have not seen much research related to neonatal EMCO in recent years either, although there may be some going on.
