ECS for VSAS

I have to write a resume for VSAS but I did no EC's in medical school. I didn't want to. Was finally relieved that I could follow my dreams of watching Simpson reruns instead of doing ECS I only marginally cared about.
But now I have nothing on my resume, does this matter a lot for VSAS?

Like nothing? No clubs? No interest groups?

Some stuff you can use to pad your resume - research even if it wasn’t published, conferences you attended even if you didn’t present anything, interest groups even if you didn’t have a leadership position, and all your random certifications (BLS/ACLS/OSHA/HIPPA).

But like, I can’t imagine you didn’t have ANY ECs? You must’ve done something, even if it was just bare bones school required stuff.
