ECs from undergrad

I tried searching this (on mobile) but didn't see anything on it. When I apply to med school I will have been out of undergrad for around 8 years. I have some significant leadership ECs from college, though. Is it kosher to include them on my app?

Yes, everything after high school counts. 8 years isn't that long a time.
