ECs, how to write descriptions

Basically, I'm making an excel spreadsheet detailing all of my ECs and volunteering, and all schools i'm applying to (with corresponding deadlines, etc.).

When I'm describing each activity, how would I word them? Bulletpoints or full sentences (aware of the character limit btw).

Also, for shadowing dentists, I listed them all and the hours I've shadowed with them. What sort of contact information would I put along with this? Only emails or does a phone number work (one dentist only gave me his number)

I did bullet points! Kept them short and sweet. Just so the adcoms understand what you did. As for contact information, I would list the office information down (i.e. main phone numbers and emails) if you have it.

did you use both phone numbers and emails? or is one or the other fine too?

I used both! I would put as much info as possible.
