Wats Up guys,
I am really interested in teaching and I will be glad if I get a chance to teach Middle School or High School students (not lower than middle school because kids are immature). So, do you guys know where I can get this volunteer opprtunity in teaching. I also think its gonna make my resume good :D
Please a let me know the website/links.

PS: I am from NY area

THANKS

I lived in NY for a few years, and obtained some great teaching/tutoring experience there. You can tutor at tutoring companies, colleges or privately. I got to teach high school math and science at a Yeshiva school. However, I am Jewish, which factored into getting the position. There was maybe one or two non-Jewish faculty members. PM me if you want any suggestions of places to look for teaching experience. Good luck!

What school are you attending?
Is this in your area http://www.servicesforkids.com/index.php

If your school offers teaching degrees then you may have luck asking around there. I know they require that sort of volunteering from people at my college that want to become teachers.

Another option is volunteermatch.org
