well medicare/medicaid is easy to figure out for your state/region since everybody gets paid the same per unit. Private payer depends on your contract rate which is widely variable. ECT is 4 base units + 1 time unit. Most private contracts are probably in the range of $40-$120 per unit depending on geography.
