ECU Summer Program for Future Doctors?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
The only questions they ask is why do you want to sell your soul to primary care? and why do you want to waste a summer of your life taking a future doctor BS program.

I have been accepted to ECU SPFD and would like to meet some fellow classmates, has anyone else been accepted? I have also been accepted to uncs program, which I am considering.

I'm doing Summer Program for Future Doctors!

I don't know about how useful the program is to non-matriculating students but a few upperclassmen have told me that it was quite helpful to them. Since you will be taking bits and pieces of actual med school classes as part of the program.

Don't take it if you are keen on going to ECU for med school, as a non-matriculating student. I just find that it is too much pressure - Your evaluations from the program are considered when you interview. And you're ranked in the program in terms of performance. Enroll in the program only if you're ready to sacrifice your summer studying.

I was thinking about doing this program this year, which will be after I complete my undergraduate degree in May. I was wondering what to expect? How intensive are the courses? How are students graded?
