You can remove UNLV and Cooper Rowan since they accept few non residents with your MCAT. Schools you could add include:
Vermont
New York Medical College
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Eastern Virginia
Medical College Wisconsin
Creighton
 
Are you aware that Northstate has chosen to deny its students access to federal loans and payback mechanisms in the interest of its investors?
I think it's a bit misleading to state that they're choosing to deny students access to federal loans. As far as I know they're only provisionally accredited and therefore do not qualify for federal loans, which are the only loans that the federal loan forgiveness program is in place for. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it's right to state that it was a choice on their part without some sort of proof. If you look here they state that they're in the process of applying for Student Federal Aid (loans).

No, actually, their inaugural class was eligible for federal assistance because of their pre-existing Pharmacy school. They chose not to allow students at either of their schools access to assistance. That's what makes it so unsavory.
