EDP Question

I want to apply EDP to U Penn.

AAMC says I should:

1. Apply to only one U.S. medical school by the stated deadline date (August 1 for those schools which participate in AMCAS?)

Does point 1 mean I can't apply to any other schools until I hear from my EDP schools? In other words, would I be able to add more schools beginning 8/2?

Right, Dan.

The perk of EDP is that you get to know where you're going before everyone else and you save on AMCAS, interviews, planes, hotels, cabs, etc....if you indeed get in EDP.

The downside is you get to apply to that one school ONLY until you hear yea or nea from them. So the risk is getting denied and then being late on all those other schools.

Tough choice, eh?
