If you took pre-med classes after undergrad or enrolled in an official post-bacc program do you list that? wouldn't it be odd to list "pre-med certificate" or whatever? I guess you could say you didn't get a degree from it but then why list it?

You list it to account for your time, if nothing else. If there's a time gap between completing your undergraduate degree and starting medical school, the reviewer wants to know what you were doing. There's nothing wrong with spending a year taking courses to prepare for medical school, especially if your chosen degree doesn't naturally lend itself to medicine. It's also fine to work, do research, study abroad, volunteer, or write a novel. Reviewers just want some evidence that you did something during your break from formal education.

should we be putting in undergraduate study abroad semesters as a separate undergraduate educational experience (obviously without a degree granted) at the school/program/university where we were enrolled?

Many past applicants have done that, and it's fine. It's not exactly what I'm looking for in the education category, but I understand why applicants want to feature those experiences prominently and they don't fit naturally into any other category. There's really no other place to include it on ERAS.

what about if you took a 1 semester com college within your 4 year undergrad time? (it was a semester of community college in the middle of the 4 year university ie, went from high school-->4 yr college.

include or not?

If you didn't transfer to another school, I don't think it's necessary to include it. However, you might want to for the sake a complete accuracy and transparency.
