Should I put the current or former program director when filling out the training section of ERAS? And what should I put in for "supervisor"?

My PD from intern year left after I left the program. He was my PD for the whole time I was there.

When I'm filling out the training section of ERAS, Should I put the current PD, or the former PD? And what should I put for "supervisor"? I did not have anyone in an official supervisor role, I'm not really familiar with that term outside the context of research.

Realistically this doesn't matter because if they need to speak with someone directly they'll just contact the number you provide and figure out who makes the most sense to contact. FWIW I'd probably list the current PD, if you have that information.

For supervisor I'd probably just list the PD again.
