My exam is in 3 weeks. I was planning on doing Uworld 1 more time and going to only read through the Educational Objectives (unless theres a topic i really don't understand)

Any suggestions?

did you take notes from the wrong notes? if you took, you don't need to do uw again if you didn't took I would highly suggest you to do it again!
