Effect of Graduate Degree on Match Likelihood

I was reviewing AAMC match data (https://www.aamc.org/students/download/62400/data/chartingoutcomes.pdf), and it seems that for most specialties, the percentage of unmatched seniors who have another graduate degree is higher than the percentage of unmatched seniors who do not have another graduate degree. This seems counterintuitive. Am I interpreting these data incorrectly?

It might correlate with the fact that people with these other graduate degrees, which were most likely obtained before med school, were lower med school applicants. They got these graduate degrees while working on their app for med school. This may translate into a lower med school performance and therefore less desirable match situations.
