Effective and Absolute refractory period?

Are they the same thing or slightly different? This was asked before but there wasn't really any confirmation by anybody that it was correct and nothing in my textbooks or internet are showing anything definitive 😡

This is termed the effective refractory period (ERP) of the tissue. This period is also termed the absolute refractory period (ARP).

Thanks, looking for ERP made it show up in google. For some reason didn't show up when I searched effective refractory period.
