Einstein and Ohio State Secondaries

1) For the Einstein secondary, I am addressing the prompt of why I am taking a year off while I apply to med schools, and I feel that my statement is a bit short (a paragraph). I was wondering how much other people are writing, and how detailed you are making it.

2) For the Ohio State secondary, isn't the 2nd question the same exact thing as the AMCAS primary personal statement? Are you guys writing a completely new essay on why you want to be a doctor, or are you paraphrasing the AMCAS essay?

i had the same issue with the OSU secondary, since I, too, talked about why i wanted to become a doctor in my primary amcas. I think i will just paraphrase what i said in my primary and then talk a little more in depth about other experiences and instances that reaffirm why i want to practice medicine that i just did not have room for in my primary essay. good luck
