Ok, I received an email from Einstein saying my file is incomplete. It goes on to say that it may be for a variety of reasons, including them not having my MCAT from August. It also says that I shouldn't call or email their office because they are swamped. WTF? What good is it knowing I'm incomplete if I don't know what they have received?

i got the same email.......i think they're just inundated with calls and emails...

i emailed them twice and my responses were that they'd email me when my stuff was complete.......so i guess they dont check for you.........oh well! 😎

my thoughts exactly. I sent in their secondary about a month ago (they cashed the check already), and my LORs theoretically should have arrived there on the 12th of this month (that's the earliest notification from a school that they received them, other schools have been a little later, understandably). however, Einstein says they're up to date on their mail, so I don't know what's missing either!

Yeah they suck as far as admissions offices go.

I was complete in August and I never received a secondary until I got that e-mail today.

*puts secondary in a bottle and throws it into the Hudson River, hoping it will reach the island of Einstein*
