Einstein/LIJ

Can anyone offer opinions about the Einstein/LIJ program. There's no info on scutwork, and as I am not from the east coast I dont know much about it (including location/proximity to NYC).

I haven't heard much about the program on the trail though.... At least not much positive...

3 classmates of mine, including 2 of them who I am good friends with, are going there. Personally, I never applied there and did not get hear good things about the program in the past. Nassau University Med Center was the only place in LI that I applied to since the program has been very solid for an extremely busy county hospital. Don't let the name fool you. Most of LIJ's training is not on the LIJ campus is New Hyde Park, most of the time is spent at Southside Hospital in Bayshore, LI (in Suffolk county). It is about 1.5-2 hour driving distance to Manhattan on a good day.
