EK 3 vs. NS diagnostic?

Hey everyone,
I have time to do one more FL before I do the AAMC FLs. I was wondering if anyone has done both EK3 and the NS Diagnostic and has any input on which one would be better/more representative of the real deal!

If it helps, I've done 4 TPRs and 3 NS FLs to date.

Go with EK3 if you have $ and time. If you don't want to spend the $ or have less time to review it, do the NS diag.
