EK Biology 1 book

Hello Forum,
I have bought EK Biology 1 book which supposedly contains all the Biochem knowledge you need to have for the new MCAT. However, the books appears quite thin. Do you think the book is sufficient for the Biochem portion of the MCAT? Thanks.

Thats what I initially thought about the biology book for the old MCAT but it was sufficient and very helpful, don't know how well that translates to the new Biochem materials, but EK seemed to do a good job of covering what needs to be covered.

I've been working through the EK 1001 Bio book...this thing seems like gold. Its really helping nail down the fundamental concepts that I had forgot since I haven't taken bio in 5+ years. EK Bio AO is also good.
