I think II is also correct because adding helim gas will increase pressure which push the equilibrium to the side that reduce pressure so the choice would be D instead of C can someone confirm this? (Btw i am compiling a list of errors, i had subscription to their forum and it wasnt that useful)

Edit: NVM i just went back to my old chem book and reread that part.

i am also not clear on this, i remember sometimes adding helium affects equilibrium, sometimes it doesnt. but i dont remember the details. any ideas?

adding an inert gas does not affect equilibrium:

somewhere in BR it says sometimes it does. i dont remember when.
