I don't see why the tension wouldn't be 213

MA +T=MG (since we want the rope to accelerate downwards, Tension is less than MG)

MA= 200
MG= 413 after Fk

413-200= T, no?

Why am I seeing this incorrectly?

Ugh, just realized my mistake.
 
For anyone who missed this *cough me cough*, don't forget to include the tendency for the damn box to slide down the ramp in your free body diagram.

We add ma to T because it's not in equilibrium.
