I wanted to know if the four 30min verbal exams in the back of the EK verbal reasoning and mathematical techniques book were good enough to use as practice compared to the EK101 passages?

Also, are the passages in the VR/math book seen in the EK101 book or are they different.

They're different passages. Use them if you have them. They're decent practice.
