Does anyone have the EK 1001 Verbal book? There is a question on The First Test, passage III, number 14 on pg. 20 that says:
The author claims, "Given the commonly known dangers of cigarette smoking the smoking of a filter less joint of marijuana seems a high risk exercise." this support offered for this conclusion within the passage is

a. weak; there is no evidence that smoking marijuana cigarettes is dangerous.

A is the answer but I didn't think that this was right b/c they talk about how marijuana is Bad and that it causes damage to health. I don't have my scanner with me right now so I can't upload the passage. Does anyone with an EK 1001 book have any insights?

The author's sentence, "Given the commonly known dangers of cigarette smoking the smoking of a filter less joint of marijuana seems a high risk exercise." basically says "because cigarette smoking is dangerous, marijuana smoking is dangerous." The passage doesn't provide any link between marijuana smoking and cigarette smoking. The link may seem obvious, but there is no support for it in the passage.
