are there EKG specific questions on step 1?

I had one on my test. At first this huge 12 lead EKG popped out and I was freaked out for a second. However, the scenario described was a 60 year old smoker coming in with 1 hour history of crushing left sided chest pain radiating to his arm. The EKG showed ST segment elevation in the frontal leads.

Despite my initial freaking out, it was probably one of my easiest questions.

It's fair game, but EKG questions on all USMLE Steps are easy as they cover a very narrow range of obvious findings.
