note : Iam final year medical student ..and Iam ready to qualifications ..

To be eligible for the US, you need to finish your steps and get ECFMG certification. You have a ways to go to get there. I don't know what the UK/German requirements are.

It is possible to match into general surgery as a FMG, but it's difficult to do. You have to do well on the three steps, get good letters, preferably by US surgeons, and then apply as broadly as possible. Is it impossible? No. Is it likely? Last year 58 out of 1185 spots went to FMG candidates. That's less than 5% of spots...
