Elective/audition rotations requiring Step 1: timing

For those who have applied to an elective rotation requiring step 1 scores: do they want the score before they schedule you, or just that it is in before you would actually be at the elective, as it would happen with their additional requirement that all 3rd year core rotations are also completed? In other words, will they schedule you without the step 1 score?
